Return Eligibility

You may return items within 36 days of delivery if:

• The item is defective or damaged

• You received the wrong item

To be eligible for a return:

• Item must be unused and in its original packaging

• You must contact us first for approval before sending anything back

How to Request a Return

• Order number

• Reason for return

• Photo of the issue (if applicable)

If approved, we’ll share the return address and next steps.

Return Shipping

• Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.

• You may use a locker service (like PUDO or Aramex Store-to-Door) for affordability and convenience.

Refunds

Once we receive your item and inspect it, we’ll notify you by email and issue a refund to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.
