Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

  • You’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

Shipping Method

  • We use Aramex Store-to-Door courier service to deliver your scrunchies safely and efficiently across South Africa.

  • Delivery typically takes 1–3 business days depending on your location.

  • Delivery times may vary slightly during peak seasons or due to courier network delays.

Shipping Fees

  • Standard Shipping:
    A flat shipping rate of R99 applies to all orders under R299.

  • FREE Shipping:
    Enjoy FREE delivery on orders of R299 or more!

(Shipping fees are automatically calculated at checkout.)

Tracking Your Order

  • Once shipped, you'll receive an email with your tracking number so you can monitor your parcel’s journey.

  • You can track your parcel directly through Aramex’s tracking service.

Delivery Address

  • Please ensure you provide a complete and correct delivery address during checkout.

  • We are not responsible for parcels lost or delayed due to incorrect or incomplete address details.

Delivery Areas

  • We currently ship within South Africa only.

  • Deliveries to rural or outlying areas may take a little longer — we appreciate your patience!

Missed Deliveries

  • If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, Aramex will contact you to arrange a redelivery.

  • Please keep an eye on your tracking link and be available to receive your parcel.
